okay losing 20 pounds a week is what all of us want but it is not the healthy way to diet. If you want to lose substantial weight you have to find a good diet plan you like. For example the low carb diet is for you when you like meat. You know what I mean here. And if you have found a diet you like then it is possible to lose 20 pounds a week. But maybe not every week because you could harm your body pretty fast.
So, stick with a healthy diet you like and of course schedule yourself a fitness routine. Without exercise you will never be able to lose 20 pounds a week! I know it is annoying for some of us but you have to do it.
